With the new SieiDrive - AVy…-KBL-AC4 and KBL-BR4 series, Gefran introduces into the market a dedicated series of Flux Vector Drive for asynchronous and synchronous motors for “lift” applications.
The high performance offered by the advanced control technology of dedicated microcontrollers, result suitable both for new installation as far as for existing applications.
A flexible programming structure and a specific application menu can be easily managed through an alphanumeric keypad or PC configurator, allowing the user to operates fast “start-up” and intuitive regulation of the plant.

---- AVYL变频器在海天塑机的应用 -----
交流伺服是一种特殊的交流同步电机，转子是高磁能的永磁体，定子是高硅矽钢片嵌着分布的铜线绕组，电机未端再加一个编码器，独立一个伺服电机，即使通了电源，也是无法正常运转工作的，它是一个随动的执行部分，离不开控制信号的输入，所以再好的伺服电机也离不开驱动器。
西威AVY-L失量变频器主要用于交流同步电机的驱动，可以连接市面上用的较多的几种速度反馈编码器：方波光电编码器（带U、V、W信号）、模拟量旋转变压器、正余弦编码器、Endat编码器、绝对式编码器。
本次试验采用一台AVY-4185KBLM变频器，该变频器为三相380V输入，18.5KW功率，内置制动单元的交流同步电机驱动专用变频器负载为海天塑机自产的HT系列空心轴交流伺服电机，配多摩川Resolver旋转变压器进行实验，该电机额定电压380V，额定转速2010RPM，功率11KW，因为较简单的试验平台，所以该次试验我们采用多段速给定方式运行 。
伺服电机的应用主要的性能指标就是噪音、稳定性、电流等，我们以0-2010RPM多种转，对以上几个关键因素进行了关注，
1、 噪音：以200500100015002000RPM的速度空载运行，基本听不到噪音。
2、 稳定性：以200500100015002000RP的速度空载运行时，从变频器上监控到反馈速度基本变化在1RPM以内，故运行稳定性在空载情况下还是能够满足要求的。
3、 电流：以200500100015002000RP的速度空载运行时，通过变频器上监控输出电流，在0.8-2.5A范围内，与运行速度成正比。
通过以上试验，表明西威AVY-L变频器与海天塑机自产的HT系列空心轴交流伺服电机在空载测试中的配合还是比较满意的。
根据塑机实际使用工况分析，塑机上只是对电机速度进行控制，控制指令来自于塑机控制系统的模似量输出，且不需要变频器自身进行压力环PID调节，故推断西威AVY-L变频器在用HT系列空心轴交流伺服电机的塑机上做为驱动器应该完全没有问题。
