三相交流保护继电器ABJ1-W系列简介


一、保护特点
:

1.过压.欠压保护:指被保护线路电压超出设定值范围。指示灯形式为黄(下)灯亮。

2.动态断相静态断相保护:指被对象(如压缩机、电动机)运行状态或没有运行状态中任意一相发生断相故障。指示灯形式为黄(上)灯亮,并优先。

3. 电压不平衡保护:指三相电压不平衡将会引起过载和安全运行的一种电压不平衡率设定值保护。指示灯形式为黄(上)灯亮,并优先。

4. 错相保护:防止A.B.C三相交流相序接错的一种保护措施,即时动作。指示灯形式为红灯亮 

5.延时保护:有故障出现时保护继电器延时几秒后动作,继电器释放。

二、性能特点:

1.欠压保护时为了防止电压在负载连接和断开时的来回跳动,保护继电器具有回差电压保护功能,出厂默认欠压保护回差电压5VAC

2.保护继电器的保护功能不受线路或负载的电流大小.不平衡电流和负载性质的影响。用于电动机保护时对电动机接线方式无要求。

3.保护继电器能够全性能.全气候长期工作。

三、工作特点:

1.A.B.C三相接线正确,保护继电器绿灯亮,常开触点14.11吸合;如果相序接错,保护继电器红灯亮,常开触点14.11断开;只要交换A.B.C三相中的任意两相,保护继电器就能认定该相序并正常工作。当被保护的线路正常工作后出现红灯亮.继电器不吸合时,应视为外线路相序误接,保护继电器具有防误接保护功能。

2.A.B.C.过压或欠压黄(下)灯亮,绿灯不亮.常开触点14.11断开,电压正常后常开触点14.11吸合。

3.A.B.C.接三相交流电压;14.11为常开触点;11.12为常闭触点。使用U型接线片或导线连接接线端子。

Three-phase AC protection relay ABJ1-W Series Overview

1, protection features: 
1. Overvoltage. Undervoltage protection: means the protection circuit voltage beyond the set value range. Indicator light in the form of yellow (bottom) lights. 
2. Dynamic-phase-phase static protection: means the objects (such as compressors, motors) running or not running the state of any one phase-phase fault occurs. Indicator light in the form of yellow (top) lights, and give priority to. 
3. Voltage unbalance protection: means the three-phase voltage unbalance will cause overload and safe operation of a voltage imbalance in the rate of protection settings. Indicator light in the form of yellow (top) lights, and give priority to.
